Some places are built simply to be lived in.
And then there are places that, as the years pass, become part of a family’s story. Il Belvedere began exactly like that: in a corner of the countryside looking out over the hills of Casperia, where nature meets comfort and hospitality.
Today it is a villa on three levels, surrounded by a wide garden and immersed in green, with a beautiful panoramic view over the hills and the landscape around it.

Our story
One house, one family, three generations
The story of Il Belvedere begins many years ago, when Siro and Angela decided to build a small house here in the countryside, surrounded by a vineyard and an olive grove.
That house grew alongside the family, generation after generation, until it became the place that today welcomes guests from all over Italy and the world.
When a guest arrives at Il Belvedere, they are not simply walking into a holiday house. They are walking into a place built little by little, generation after generation.
