Il Belvedere

One house, one family, three generations

A story made of sacrifice, of work, of change and of a love for this land.

Some places are built simply to be lived in. And then there are places that, as the years pass, become part of a family’s story. Il Belvedere began exactly like that.

The beginning

Siro and Angela

Its story begins many years ago, when Siro and Angela decided to build a small house immersed in nature, in this corner of the countryside looking out over the hills of Casperia.

At the time it was a simple country house surrounded by green, with a small vineyard and an olive grove. A place made for family: for spending time far from the noise, working the land, harvesting the olives, living the countryside and enjoying the quiet that still defines this place today.

The house grows with the family

Stefano and Francesca

As the years passed, that small house grew alongside the family. The second generation took up the legacy of that first project and, over time, gave it their work, their hours and their passion.

Stefano extended the house onto a second floor, continuing to improve and complete what Siro and Angela had begun. Together with Francesca, he kept the bond with the house and with the land alive, accompanying its growth and its transformation through the years.

What had been born as a small country house became a home in its own right — while keeping intact its bond with the land, with nature and with the landscape around it.

A new life for the house

Andrea and Riccardo

In time came the idea of turning the third floor of the house into a holiday home — giving this place a new life and letting other people discover the beauty of what has always been, for the family, somewhere special.

Andrea and Riccardo took up the work, the sacrifices and the legacy of the generations before them, carrying the project forward and helping, together with Francesca, to complete the house and open it to people from all over Italy and the world.

“A story that has never stopped, and that has seen the house grow along with the family: from a small country dwelling to a home on three levels.”

Today

Il Belvedere, now

Today Il Belvedere is a villa set over three levels, surrounded by a wide garden and immersed in green, where nature meets comfort and hospitality. The house enjoys a beautiful panoramic view over the hills and the surrounding countryside, giving guests an atmosphere of peace and quiet.

The large garden, the olive trees and the countryside frame the house. At the centre of outdoor life is the private pool, one of the most distinctive features of Il Belvedere, made for days of relaxing, playing with the family, or simply enjoying the view and the stillness of the place.

Completing the outdoor spaces are the areas given over to being together, the barbecue and the wood-fired oven — because Il Belvedere is above all a place to live in and to share: a table laid outside, a pizza made together, a barbecue at sunset or an evening spent under the stars.

Inside, the house has been designed to give guests the comfort they need to feel genuinely at home, while keeping that sense of authenticity that belongs to its history.

More than a holiday house

But what truly makes Il Belvedere special is not only the house, the pool, the garden or the view. It is the story these places tell.

When a guest arrives at Il Belvedere, they are not simply walking into a holiday house. They are walking into a place built little by little, generation after generation. In the spaces and in the nature that surround the house, you can still find the place Siro and Angela imagined so many years ago, the work Stefano and Francesca carried on over time, and the care Andrea and Riccardo have given to its transformation.

What was born as a small country house, surrounded by a vineyard and an olive grove, has become Il Belvedere: a holiday home where a family’s history meets hospitality.

Welcome to Il Belvedere.

Three generations. One house. A story that continues.
